To get you and your crew ready for Boomtown 2024 tickets on 11th October, we have a competition!
Step One - Choose your ticket
On the first page, you can select the type of festival entry ticket that you need. This could be one of the following:
Green Transport Citizen Entry Ticket - for those wishing to arrive via public transport, this includes a Wednesday upgrade.
Citizenship Entry Ticket - this is a standard festival entry ticket, from Thursday - Monday
Citizenship Entry Ticket Wednesday Upgrade - Entry from Wednesday - Monday
Child Festival Entry Ticket - For children aged 0-12
Teen tickets will be available later in the year.
Use the + or - buttons to select how many tickets you’d like to purchase, then select ‘Continue’ in the top right corner.

Step Two - Transport options
If you have selected Green Transport Citizen Entry Tickets, then you must add a transport option from the next page. When you have made your selection, you will be shown options on which days you would like to travel. Once you’ve chosen this, select ‘Continue’.
You will not be able to book a coach time at this point but you will be contacted in the coming weeks to make a selection on your journey times.
If you have not selected a Green Citizen Entry Ticket, then you can skip this page by hitting ‘Continue’.

Step Three - Add your accommodation extras
If you’d like your stay at Boomtown to be a little more comfortable, browse our accommodation options and add them on this page.
You will be able to add your campervan tickets on this page also!
Your ticket will already include standard camping, so if you don’t want to add these, then hit ‘Continue’ at the top.
Please note: You can add accomodation and home comforts to your existing order by logging back into your Kaboodle account.
Step Four - Add your home comforts and parking passes
Next, you can add your car parking pass and other home comforts like phone charging and lockers. If you don’t want to add any of these, click ‘Continue’ in the top right.
If you haven’t purchased a Wednesday Upgrade with your ticket and want to, this is the time to do it.

Step Five
Next, either sign in or register for your Kaboodle account.
Step Six
Finally, add the details of your booking, choose whether you want to pay in full or in instalments with Klarna and select ‘Save details and pay’ at the bottom of the page. You’ll be directed to the payment page and then your booking is complete!
Remember the name on the ticket must match the name of the person entering the festival. You will be able to change the name on your ticket for a small admin fee by contacting boomtown@kaboodle.co.uk
You will be sent a booking confirmation via email once your booking has been finalised, don’t forget to check spam folders if it doesn’t appear.
You can now split your payments into three instalments with Klarna! Simply click the 'Pay With Klarna' link and add your order as usual.
If you add extras like Camp Orchid or phone charging right at the start, you can include these in your Klarna payment plan when you checkout.
However, if you’d like to add extras through your Kaboodle account after you’ve already made a booking, you will not be able to split this.
Klarna payment plans do not need to be completed prior to arriving at the festival giving you three full months to pay the balance from the date you set up your payment plan.
