To get you and your crew ready for Boomtown 2024 tickets on 11th October, we have a competition!
Friends, if you have lost an item at Boomtown please complete the form below to be contacted by the lost property team.
Post event we will keep all items of value for 14 days, After which we will recycle or donate to charity any unclaimed items.
For example clothes may be used by the welfare team or given to local charity shops. All bank cards will be destroyed and any official ID such as Driving Licences or Passports will be returned to the DVLA or Passport office.
The enquiry form will come to an email lostproperty@tlcwelfare.co.uk where our team will check and try and match any items which can be collected in person during the festival or posted to the customer.
There is a charge for posting items back out and the customer will be sent a link for payment which will be made online for this via the NotLost platform. Cost depends on size of the item and type of delivery chosen.
