The site needs to be vacated by midday on Monday 15th August. Please make sure you are all packed up and on your merry way home by then.

I’m getting the shuttle bus, where can I find the times?

We’ve put together a list of Shuttle Bus times here.

I have a Public Transport Saver Ticket, can I arrive by car?

No, these tickets were reduced to encourage people to use greener methods of transport as part of our Green Mission. You must arrive via coach or travel by train and use our Shuttle Bus.

Tickets and Entry

Can I download my tickets and show them on my phone at the gate?

We would recommend printing your tickets out or saving them to your phone as signals at the festival can be unreliable and we want to ensure you enter the gate smoothly.

What ID can I bring with me?

Acceptable forms of ID include; photographic driving licence, proof of age card with PASS hologram or a passport. Photocopies will not be accepted.

Wednesday Upgrades are automatically uploaded onto your Thursday ticket and will register when your ticket gets scanned at the gate. Wednesday Upgrades won't be a separate ticket this year and will just be uploaded and included on your Thursday ticket barcode. Please double check the email that came with your tickets as it should confirm this for you!

I paid for a Wednesday upgrade, will I receive an additional ticket?

No you will not. Your Wednesday upgrade is pre-loaded onto your scannable barcode. Wednesday upgrades are now sold out.

I have a Wednesday ticket, can I arrive on a different day?

All tickets are valid onwards from the day listed on the ticket at purchase.

Can I sell my tickets using Citizen to Citizen links?

Ticketsellers Citizen-to-Citizen links are now closed to allow time for changes to be processed.

How can I keep safe in the sun?

You must remember to pack a reusable water bottle when you arrive at Boomtown, fill it up with water to drink whilst you wait. You don't want to dip out of the party before it's begun. Be a legend, remember a hat, umbrella, and lather up with sun cream. Find some shade and have a break from the sunlight during the peak hours.

It sounds silly but rememeber to drink the water and keep the sun cream topped up throughout the day.

We have had lengthy discussions internally, if gas is fitted into your campervan please make sure these comply with applicable gas and fire safety regulations. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Essential Guide. Keep up-to-date with our communications via this link.

Can I smoke anywhere on site?

The legislation regarding smoking inside public places applies to tented venues in the same way it does at your favourite club or pub. You will be asked to finish your cigarette (including e-cigarettes) outside if caught smoking in a venue. We ask that you are vigilant and ensure all cigarettes are properly extinguished.
