Your Travel, Transport and Ticketing questions…

Friends, we're just a stone's throw away from our gates opening for Chapter One. We can’t wait to gather again for a party three years in the making. It’s time for you to finalise those travel plans before it’s too late. We just wanted to clarify a couple of things and answer your questions about your journey to the city this August.

I’ve got a Public Transport Saver Ticket, can I arrive by car with my friends?

Everyone travelling on a Public Transport Saver Ticket needs to arrive via the method of transport assigned to their ticket. We sell these tickets cheaper to encourage the use of public transport as part of our Green Mission. This means your ticket will only be valid if you arrive via the public transport you selected when you purchased. We calculate the size of our car parks based on coach and shuttle package customers arriving by public transport. If all of these people were to drive, we would run out of space and the waiting times would be increased - nobody wants that! We want to get the party started at the earliest hour. For more information, check our Essential Guide.

Please note: Ticketsellers are in high demand, they might take a little longer than usual to get back to you.  All initial emails to Ticketsellers will be met with an auto reply directing you to FAQs.  You should review the FAQs for the answer to your question as 9 times out of 10, it is there.  Failing that you are asked to email again to let them know you still require help.

You’ve missed the car parking pass deadline, what now?!

The window to purchase a car parking pass has now closed and you are no longer able to add this to your order. This is due to us having to post out the physical passes to thousands of people. You will still be able to purchase a car parking pass on the day of arrival in cash for £40. You could also make the most out of our public transport options and book a coach ticket, for the fastest, cheapest and most environmentally conscious method of transport. For more information, check our Essential Guide.

I’ve got a Public Transport Saver ticket and I want to change my pick-up/drop off location, how do I go about that?

The amazing team at National Express have kindly agreed to temporarily keep the window open… whilst they still can so get in quick. Please note, this requires some serious admin for the National Express team and a service charge may apply. Location swaps are subject to availability and demand. This also applies to tickets purchased via TicketSellers resale links. For more information, check our Essential Guide.

Please note: We cannot make changes on our end, so be sure to reach out to National Express directly. You can do this by contacting them directly via their website or on 08717 818 181. For more information, check our Essential Guide.

What times are the shuttle buses and do they run throughout the whole event?

Shuttle buses will be running throughout the weekend at regular intervals, increasing at peak times. Shuttle buses will be running frequently and full running times will be released in due course. Shuttle bus tickets will cost £10 each way on the day and need to be paid for in cash. For more information, check our Essential Guide.
