Volunteer Roles at Boomtown

Volunteer Roles at Boomtown

Dear friends, the festival is creeping up on us now, and with just over a couple of months to go - we need your help!

This year, Chapter One is  SOLD OUT and we’re taking Boomtown Citizens to utopia. A new chapter is dawning at the height of summer, we will dance again. If you missed out on tickets, your last chance to join the party is HERE.

Volunteers are an invaluable part of the production we put on every year. With two years apart, we can’t wait to come together again in Winchester on August 10th. Obviously, we don’t want anyone to miss out on the party this summer so take a look at the volunteer roles available this summer and pick which one jumps out at you.

We’ve partnered with some amazing charities who will work with us to find passionate individuals. All roles will give the volunteers a glimpse behind the curtain and generate money for charity.

Oxfam

Oxfam are offering stewarding positions at the festivals covering the arena and campsites, so you’ll never be far from the action. At Boomtown our stewards cover the arena and campsites, so you'll never be far from the action, and when you're not on shift the festival is your oyster. Hot showers, device charging and hot drinks aplenty. Find out how to apply on our volunteer page.

My Cause

When you volunteer with My Cause UK, a charity of your choice receives a donation for your time, without you needing to raise a penny yourself. This means that you get to enjoy the full glory of what Boomtown has to offer as part of our ‘Gate Team’, all whilst supporting a cause you care about. You’ll get crew camping and no overnight shifts! Find out how to apply on our volunteer page.

Eco Warriorz

Eco Warriorz are a force to be reckoned with. Playing the critical role of cleaning up event campsites, with the main aim of making clean campsites the norm! If you want to play a critical part in ensuring the party can go ahead for decades to come - this is the role for you. You’ll need to complete a total of four six hour shifts, you’ll get a free meal each shift, and a chance to enjoy the festival. Find out how to apply on our volunteer page.
