To get you and your crew ready for Boomtown 2024 tickets on 11th October, we have a competition!
Lady of the House is a global community that celebrates, champions and honours women in music. They are teaming up with us at Boomtown for a competition with an unbelievable prize… a slot at one of the events main stages in an inclsuion initiative to support grassroots emerging women and non-binary artists.
To enter the competion you need to...
House or disco, 30 min mix titled 'Lady of the House x Boomtown Competition Entry'. Over 18's, women identifying or non-binary acts only. Full T&Cs and press release below.
The competition winner is to be picked by Lady of the House and Boomtown's Music Team and will play on a main stage at the festival, as well as receiving a support package of a mentor session with the judge to help them take their next steps in the industry. We’ll create a shortlist of the top five submissions and then the winner will receive a slot at Boomtown. We’re looking for a 30 minute disco or house mix only.
The competition is open to all emerging women identifying and non binary acts, opening on 13th June and closing on the 27th June.

By partnering with Lady of the House and providing a main stage slot for an up and coming performer to share their art, we hope to pave the way for a more inclusive music industry, especially in the electronic sector. How to enter:
- Create your 30 minute disco or house mix and title it ‘Lady of the House x Boomtown Competition Entry’.
- Fill out the Form and include a link or upload to your 30 minute mix - please double check the link/upload works, any dead links/uploads won't be considered. Please ensure it is titled: ‘Lady of the House x Boomtown Competition Entry’.
- The competition opens on 13th June and closes on the 27th June ‘22.
- All entrants must be emerging women identifying or non-binary acts.
- All entrants must be 18 and over.
- Please bear in mind that due to the volume of entries, we’ll only be able to reply to shortlisted artists.
