To get you and your crew ready for Boomtown 2024 tickets on 11th October, we have a competition!
If you have booked your own private coach or minibus for you and your mates to come to the festival, please remember you need to book a space to be dropped off at our coach park.
This applies to all vehicles over 18 seats. It costs £50 (+BF) and this covers both drop-off and collection.
Please be aware there are limited slots available, so please book your slot here now!
Who needs to book?
Any large vehicles (18+ seats) with a driver NOT attending the festival must book their designated slot at the coach park in advance.
If you are being dropped from a vehicle with less than 18 seats, please just use the pick up / drop off point as usual and there is no need to book or pay.
What if the driver is attending the festival?
Vehicles up to 18 seats with a driver attending the festival can buy a parking pass and park in the public car park.
How do I book a slot at the coach park?
Follow this link here to choose a slot based on what time you would like to be collected to go home from Boomtown on Sunday or Monday. When you proceed to the checkout you will be asked some questions that include confirmation of your estimated arrival time and the details of the coach company who are dropping you off, so please have these details to hand.
When are peak drop off times?
The space available for private hire drop off is limited to only 4 slots at a time. If you arrive during peak hours you may have to wait for an extended period before you are able to get off your coaches. The peak times on both Wednesday and Thursday are between 10am and 2pm each day.
When will I receive my routing pass?
You will receive your routing pass for your coach in a separate email to your personal ticket, or you can download them from your TheTicketSellers account when we send out all tickets in June. If you have not received your pass, or have any problems please contact info@theticketsellers.co.uk
What do I do with the routing pass?
Please print a copy of the routing pass out and ask your coach driver to display it clearly in the windscreen of the vehicle at least 10 miles from site. This will help our traffic marshalls to direct you to the right place.
What is included in the price?
Access for one vehicle to drop off and collect from Boomtown at your designated time. If you have more than one vehicle bringing your party please book a separate slot for each vehicle.
What happens if we want to change our pick up time?
We have limited space on site so you must stick to the collection time you have selected when you made your booking. There are only enough spaces for a few coaches to drop off at once so the best slots will sell quickly! Please contact info@theticketsellers.co.uk directly if you need to amend your booking.
We have not booked a designated slot in advance. Can we pay on arrival?
If you have not booked in advance our team will be taking payments on arrival and will assign you a collection slot based on our remaining availability. This will be based on availability on the day.
Can we be dropped off on the road?
No. Traffic Marshals and Police will prevent you from being dropped off on the highway for your own and others safety.
Are there facilities for drivers at the coach park?
No. There are no facilities on site for drivers to wait or take breaks. If the driver of your vehicle needs to take a statutory break we advise that they do so away from the festival site.
